Update on Adding the Partition Wall

Just a quick update

On March Passive Income Report, I indicated that I wanted to add a partition wall to make the current livingroom a “bedroom”. That would make the 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths more marketable as 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom. I could even keep a room, to store our bikes so we can come and go as we please. Put a sofa bed in there, if we decided to stay overnight in downtown for some reasons.

So, here are some preliminary pictures:

 

Notice the wall didn’t go all the way to the top. It stops at 8ft tall because I wanted to allow some nature light into the dinning-room which will be the livingroom. As the kitchen space is big enough as for a dinning area.

So, if I make one of the room as my bedroom. Rent each room out for $500. I’d still get extra $1000/mo.

And I’d get access  to a 42 miles bike trail a hugging the river all the way to another city. The below picture is the Canal Water, it’s a little dirty because it’s been raining hard here. But the scenery is still great.

(This is only 1 block away from my Commercial Rental Property)

Anyhow, just quick update. I’m going to be busy trying to get everything to line up. Wish me luck!
